## Flow
1. Upload a photo or use the sample portrait.
2. Choose a template: cafe glass, rain on the bus window, neon night window, or night train.
3. Generate with Wan (default) or MiniMax.
4. Preview is free. Download spends 20 credits.
5. If the provider API key is missing, the same flow completes in mock mode and still produces a downloadable 9:16 preview. The app does not crash.

## Accounts and payments
